Please note: Until the booking has been confirmed it is only a provisional booking.
Your card will not be charged until you have received this confirmation. Please note that we pass on the handling charge made by the credit card company of 2%. Otherwise we are happy to accept a cheque.
Short Breaks
3/4 night breaks and 2 night breaks available – please call for prices
Dogs - charged at £20 per week each.
Tariff
Please note that a flight of stairs leads from the car park down to the cottages. There is a separate entrance available for set down and pick up in front of the property.
Booking Conditions
- Reservations normally take place Friday – Friday, or Saturday – Saturday. Short break facilities are available on request, and subject to availability.
- Well-behaved, fully house-trained dogs are welcome (at a small charge), accompanied by responsible owners. Dogs must be kept on leads in the grounds at all times, as there are free range chickens and ducks. They must not be allowed on the furniture or left unattended in the cottage at any time. Please do not let them foul the Mill grounds.
- In order to maintain the accommodation to a high standard of cleanliness, guests are asked not to arrive before 3pm on the day of arrival and leave by 10.am on the day of departure. We would be grateful if guests could leave their cottages clean and tidy.
- A deposit of 50% of the total cost is payable at the time of a verbal booking. Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of your deposit and completed and signed booking form. In the event of a booking not being accepted, the deposit will be refunded, in full and without delay.
- The number of people occupying the accommodation may not exceed the number notified and agreed with the resident owners.
- Guests are responsible for all the contents of the property hired and all breakages and damage must be reported and paid for on departure.
- The resident owners do not accept and responsibility for any injury sustained to any visitor, or for the loss or damage to any property brought onto the premises.
- Cancellations must be advised immediately. In the event of a successful re-let any payment already made, less £50 expenses will be returned; otherwise all monies will be forfeited.
- Continental quilts, full bed linen, tea towels and bath towels are provided, please bring your own towel for the swimming pool.
- Please note that all cottages and apartments are non-smoking.
- Minimum stays:
- Minimum stay over the Christmas period is 7 nights.
- Minimum stay over the Easter period is 5 nights.
- Minimum stay over other bank holiday periods is 4 nights.
These restrictions may vary between properties.
Christmas & New Year
In 2010 Christmas and New Year’s Day fall on a Thursday. Therefore the holiday week will also run from Wednesday to Wednesday & Thursday to Thursday depending of which cottage you have chosen.
Arriving on Wednesday 22nd or Thursday 23rd December, departing Wednesday 29th or Thursday 30th December for Christmas.
Arriving 28th or 30th December, departing Wednesday 5th or 6th January 2010 for New Year.
